Who I am, where I've worked, the stack I use day to day, and what I'm looking for next — the short version, with the full timeline below.

I'm a Software Engineer who builds the backend systems that other teams depend on — distributed, event-driven, and built to stay up under load.

Over the last four years I've worked across aviation, finance, and energy — Cognizant, Universal Weather & Aviation, Indigo, BlackRock, and now Bidgely — shipping enterprise integrations, large-scale data migrations, and the event-driven pipelines that move high-volume customer and device data reliably. The throughline is reliability: APIs that degrade gracefully, migrations that don't lose data, and services that recover on their own.

More recently I've been building at the intersection of backend engineering and applied AI — LLM-driven automation, RAG pipelines, and agent tooling that take real operational toil off engineers' plates. I care about the unglamorous parts: error handling, idempotency, observability, and writing the decision down so the next person doesn't have to reverse-engineer it.
