I do my best work on teams that treat engineering as reasoning under uncertainty — where decisions get written down, tradeoffs get named, and failure is a learning opportunity rather than something to hide. I'm happiest close to the customer, owning a hard problem end to end: the AI agent that has to be trustworthy, the billing logic that has to be exact, the integration that has to not break.
